Services

We accept any and all devices from any and all sources and do not charge for pickup or processing. We will take: PCs/laptops, audio/visual equipment, gaming consoles and computers, cell phones and smart phones, home network devices, and enterprise-level equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, etc. If you are interested in donating/recycling, please include the following in your message:

~The type and number of devices you want us to collect.

~The working condition of the devices.

~Whether you will require a Certificate of Data Destruction and/or Sanitization.

~Dates and times you are available for collection.

Please note that our aim is to repurpose working (or mostly working) devices for resell or as gifts via our 1:1 Device Trade service. We will only take broken devices through the 1:1 service, or if it can be scrapped for repair parts and the majority of the components are in working condition.

Also note that we are a very small company and may not be able to take very large donations, such as those that are palletized.

For low income, refugee, immigrant, and other populations on the margins of society, there are real and pervasive barriers to technology access. We recognize that where there is abundance there can also be generosity. As such, one of our aims is to help those in need overcome these barriers. Through our 1:1 Device Trade program, certain qualifying individuals can bring device they own that are at any level of disrepair and trade them for a functional, refurbished one.

To qualify you must do one of the following:

1) Be able to verify your income is at or near 150% the median annual income for the county you live in.

2) Provide proof of income-based government assistance in the last 6 months (e.g. SNAP, Medicaid, etc.).

3) Documentation of some other financial hardship that makes technology inaccessible, and that could be improved with greater access to technology.

If you are not sure of your eligibility, please reach out! We would love to hear your story and probably have some way of helping you.

We also have an online store where you can purchase refurbished computers! Each computer is given a performance score, and cost is determined by the labor required to prep it for sale. We will never sell a computer for more than its market value, and almost always we’ll sell it for less.
